Full covered front porch with beautiful view of woods across the road. Plenty of parking. There is a hall closet and another full size closet in the master bedroom. The road is gravel and 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended - required in times of snow. 2 people limit. We're looking for someone who will really love the place - our last renter was there for nine years and left because of a job transfer. Renter pays electric and trash pickup. This does not include use of the Mountain Lake in the community but day passes or yearly membership is available from The Mountain Lake Club. Asking first and last month rent (last month rent is the security deposit). Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
