Small but charming cottage in the hills of West Virginia, part of the Shannondale community on a full double-size lot. Repainted inside and out with new carpeting and tile in kitchen. Full size washer/dryer. Electric baseboard heat with wood stove as backup. No air conditioning. Well water. Full covered front porch with beautiful view of woods across the road. Plenty of parking. There is a hall closet and another full size closet in the master bedroom. The road is gravel and 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended - required in times of snow. 2 people limit. We're looking for someone who will really love the place. Renter pays electric, trash pickup and is responsible for snow removal. This does not include use of the Mountain Lake in the community but day passes or yearly membership are available from The Mountain Lake Club. Asking first and last month rent (last month rent is the security deposit). Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
