Oldest house in the Accord according to a recent Historic Farmstead Survey conducted by the Historic Preservation Commission. The Osterhoudt Home Farm built in the early 1720's may be the only stone house with front gable facade design left in town. The Dutch barn located to the west of the house were common in 18th century are now considered rare and this one is considered to be of exceptional significance according to researcher Neil Larson.
