The lease is for the use of the cabin ONLY. The amenities on the resort is an extra fee of $68 per day per person (May - Sept), $38 per day per person (Oct - April), if you are not a member of Brasada Ranch. In order to use the facility, you will need to request access at least 48 hours in advance and fill out a registration form that will need to be submitted to Brasada Ranch Resort.
