This house seems much bigger than the size it says. The builders made this a more open plan, and not wasting space on hallways. The kitchen was remodeled in 2019 and now has antique white wood cabinets and a neutral granite slab countertop. It has a deep oversized sink with a modern faucet. It has large Master bedroom with a full bathroom attached. It has a stand up shower. I renovated it and made it a cave like shower with tile from the top to the bottom of the shower. There are 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the house. The home also has a large family room in the back that has French-doors that open to the screened in Florida room. It was constructed with white metal frames and it is about 300 Sq. feet. We also replaced all of the flooring throughout the house. We installed laminate floors on the Livingroom/rec area, and put Vinyl floors in the other side of the house, because we spend more time there and we wanted water resistant floors. One of the other bedrooms has laminate flooring, but the master and the other bedroom still have carpet. I renovated both bathrooms as well so they look more updated. The roof was replaced in 2006. The kitchen has updated appliances with an over the range microwave. All appliance are staying if you want them.
