Across the front street is the Ledges Golf Course and Country Club. Across the street adjacent is one of the Pools/ Hot tubs and Pickle ball courts. The location can't be beat. This quiet neighborhood is ideal for anyone with plenty of beautiful views and easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities. There is a second pool/hot tub area just down the street that you also have access to with your key FOB from the HOA. The home is an end unit - Kingston model. The main entry has a smart lock keypad. The kitchen is spacious and includes a walk in pantry. The dining table seats 8 and is perfect for hosting. The living room is beautiful and the glass sliding doors lead to a patio and BBQ with outdoor table and seating for 8. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a double sink vanity with separate tub and shower. The walk in closet leads to the laundry room which has plenty of storage.
