This unique and cozy Atlanta bungalow has been turned into a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. We have created a peaceful and rejuvenating environment equipped with plush king size beds and faux plants galore to make it feel as if you have escaped to the jungle (desert.. or garden...). Walking in the front door to a custom designed greenery wall, couch, original fireplace (not for use, but decorated nicely!), HD TV, desk, chair and dining table. The home is an updated bungalow, with some of the original hardwoods in the living room and owner's bedroom. You'll love making coffee in our spacious kitchen with lots of natural light and quartz counter tops. The bedrooms each have a plush king bed equipped with fluffy duvets and you can never have too many pillows. In the bath you'll find a marble shower with a window to the oak tree in the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced and has a back porch with table and chairs for enjoying an outdoor meal. You'll find a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy on a chilly night, or a hammock to kick back and relax. You are 5-10 minutes away from Walmart, Target, Kroger, Starbucks and other common stores. Hartsfield Jackson Airport is a convenient 20 minutes away. You can also find a few local attractions within a 10 minute drive like The Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse, East Atlanta Village, Atlanta Beltline and the Starlight Drive-In Theater. We are less than a 15 minute drive to many major Atlanta attractions like Edgewood Avenue, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta Zoo, Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta Aquarium, Coke Museum, Krog Street Market, Piedmont Park, Ponce City Market, Downtown Atlanta, Downtown Decatur, High Museum, Fox Theater and Midtown. Drive 30 minutes or less to many of Georgia's natural beauties including Stone Mountain, Arabia Mountain, Bamboo Forest, Sweetwater Creek State Park, Mason Mill Park and Atlanta Dolled Trail. We are also close to many of Atlanta's major hospitals including Grady, Northside, Emory Midtown and Decatur Hospital. Tyler Perry Studios is also conveniently located. Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept Section 8 vouchers for this rental, because we are not currently enrolled in the program. Available as month to month or 12 month or longer leases. You will be started off with some essentials when you arrive, as if you were one of our guests, (such as paper towels, toilet paper, hair ties, tampons, shampoo, conditioner, spices, laundry detergent, etc.), but will be expected to get your own once those initial offerings are used.
