    MAKE OFFER! Ready to sell to a lucky buyer. Owner is motivated, but not stupid. This is a nice little 3 bedroom house just a few minutes away from the springs in High Springs. You can ride a bike from the house to Poe Springs in 25 minutes. It's at the far end of Main Street in High Springs where it becomes State Road 45. It needs paint but many renovations and upgrades have been done over the years including the metal roof, the new tub, toilet and sink (bathroom renovation with ceiling far). Kitchen has oversize stainless deep sink with fairly new counters. Nice wooden cabinets in the kitchen. I have done too many upgrades to mention here, but basically the place just needs cosmetics now unless you wanted to put modern windows in the house and such. I have done the hardest upgrades for sure. Crawling under the house and doing the new plumbing was of course a lot of fun. The location is really nice. We have been here 20 years in December. I raised my three kids here. My 32 year old son still lives at home. If someone has a few thousand for the cosmetics and such, then the place quickly becomes a very valuable asset either as a home or a rental property. As a rental property this house would fetch $1000 a month in High Springs. This is not some back water town. This is the elite community of High Springs and this house is one of a kind situated next to one of the old Historic homes in High Springs area. This is outside the city limit in a small zone that has not been annexed by the city. The area is zoned agriculture and my neighbor to the back is Tillman Farms LLC. Inc. The location is very convenient and only 20 or 30 minutes to most jobs in Gainesville. I worked at Santa Fe College for several years before I retired and I could get to work in 22 minutes. This is a cash buyer house. You can't get banks to finance older houses like this that still need some work, so please don't inquire unless you are a cash buyer and serious as well.
