Open concept kitchen/ dining/ entertainment room, raised patio and large grassy area for the kids. Just in case, there are 3 Smart TVs ROKU enabled: family room, master room and game room with streaming apps installed. This property has views of Rainbow Lake but lake access only at the community dock, half a mile down the road. The property comes with a trailer and 1 7/8 hitch to haul the Kayaks and Canoes with manual carts as a back up.
