OPEN HOUSE FOR APPLICANTS WISHING TO TOUR THE HOME WILL BE HELD AT THE RESIDENCE ON 9/20/18 FROM 6 PM - 8 PM Desired qualifications for an ideal tenant: - Gross household income will need to be approximately 3x the monthly rent payment at minimum - Applicants must have a favorable credit history - Applicants must be employed or have a repeatable source of income; applicants will be asked to furnish acceptable proof of income. - Applicants must have good references regarding payment history from prior rentals and references from prior rentals. - We limit occupants to two per bedroom (as per VA state law Title 36. Housing Chapter 6. Uniform Statewide Building Code 36-105.4. Occupancy standards for residential dwelling units) - Renter will need to provide full security deposit AND first month's rent prior to assuming occupancy of the home We encourage all interested tenants to apply via Zillow. Tenant will be responsible for payment of all utilities, except water/sewer, as that is provided by a well/septic system. Rental price includes landscaping provided by owner. Tenant will be expected to read and sign completed lease agreeing to all terms and conditions not mentioned here.
