In 2019 we did a good amount of work on the home that was just needed, from the age of the home. The roof was replace in November of 2018. A whole new AC system was put in place to replace the original. It was brought to current standards and we have already witnessed a 35% reduction in cooling costs, so far this summer. New shade screens were also installed on the front windows of the house that face the cul-de-sac. Access to the very large backyard was improved by the addition of a pair of 5'-0" wide RV gates, in place of the 48" gate that was hung when the home was new. A new coat of paint now covers the exterior of the home to bring the appeal even higher. It was our first home and we don't see any reason to even think about relocating. 2021 saw the addition of a 15,000 gallon pool with dual baja shelves and a pergola shading the west end of the pool. Depth on the pool is just under 4' in the shallow end to just over 6' in the deep end. Pool deck is natural travertine tile and the area between the pool and the covered patio was done in artificial turf. We also had a 96-jet jacuzzi added on the patio that fits like a glove.
