Our apartments are remodeled and look gorgeous with new carpet, accent paint, new flooring and new counter tops. They include built-in microwave, dishwasher and electric stove. We are one of the few communities that pays for your Water/Gas/Trash, which saves you up to $75+/month AND - Every apartment INCLUDES a detached GARAGE (remote control access) with storage. Our security deposit is $700 for 1x1â??s and $900 for 2x2â??s. Our application fee is $30 per person.
