2010 built, lovely year round home or seasonal get away on one acre is for sale. This house is off grid but runs on deep cycle batteries and solar panels with generator back up. During the long daylight hours all that is needed for power is the 4, 300 watt solar panels. During the winter when sun is scarce a generator(new, comes with home) is needed to power up the deep cycle batteries roughly every other day in the dark of winter only. This lovely home has a 94 percent efficient tank-less(propane fuel) water heater for quick hot water. Satellite internet is also located on site. There are two parking places located in front of the house.This location is quiet with plenty of viewing opportunities of wildlife and multiple trail systems right outside the front door. During the winter the roads are maintained by the borough and plowed often, we have never had trouble getting to our home in the winter.
