Due to a recent job change requiring relocation, my husband and I are looking to sublet our apartment until January 14th, 2020 with an opportunity to resign the lease. The move in date is flexible. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL as the lease was cheaper when we moved in last winter and should be cheaper than the normal lease to resign this January as the lease changes with the season and market. The apartment is part of the Brookdale on the Park apartments. This beautiful apartment has 1 large bedroom that features a walk in closet and a smaller bedroom with a closet. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Apartment has in-unit laundry. The deck overlooks the clubhouse, which includes a work-out room, a year round community pool and sauna. Up to two pets are allowed with weight (up to 70 pounds) and breed restrictions. There is a non-refundable $60 fee for each individual applying for the apartment. Instead of a security deposit, you pay a one time fee depending on credit. Residents are responsible for all utilities. You can also rent a whole parking garage for $180 a month or a half of a parking garage for $90 a month. There is a one time pet fee of $300 for one pet and $500 for two pets with a pet rent of $25 per month. Tenet pays all utilities.
