Private entrance and landlord lives on first floor. Think of it as an Air B&B with a lower price for longer terms. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. Not recommended for families with small children because of the lead hazards of old (pre-1978) properties*. While I'd love to rent to long-term tenants, the apartment is really targeted at people in town for internships, residencies, or extending training. *owner-occupied small apartment buildings are permitted such discrimination.
