SHARED WITH ME: Kitchen, living room, dining room. You will have your own kitchen cabinet space. You and I will share a refrigerator. SHARED WITH ME AND 1 OTHER TENANT: Laundry room, back deck. The house is 1 mile from Shady Grove Metro. Walk there on sidewalks, or take the bus. The bus stop is one house away. I am female. I live in the upstairs of the house. I work from home. This home is LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders, etc. Another tenant, a female, has a private suite on the lower level. She has her own kitchen and living space and will not share our kitchen and living space. The room is currently unfurnished, but I may be able to supply some furnishing if needed.
