There are 4 apartments total in this house and we may have more than 1 apartment available, so would be perfect for a group who wants to live close together. The apartment could come furnished as well if needed for an extra fee. Sorry, but we have a strict no pets policy. The owner pays for pest and lawn care. All other utililtes are the tenant's responsibility. We require 1 month security deposit at signing of the lease. The application process includes a small questionnaire and a background/credit check of $25 (paid by tenant).
