A government issued photo I.D. will be required to view the property. Applications will be accepted at the open house. There is a nonrefundable $50.00 application fee payable via money order or major credit card. Upon approval, there will be a $50 administration fee due within 24 hours of notification of approval. Documents required to start the application process: 1. $50 application fee (money order or major credit card accepted). 2. Proof of Identity-Government issued photo I.D. for all applicants over the age of 18 and social security card(s) for all intended occupants. 3. Proof of Income- A copy of recent pay stubs (two (2) pay stubs if paid bi-weekly or semi-monthly or four (4) pay stubs if paid weekly). 4. Three (3) references (at least one (1) professional reference).
