The space for rent is a newly renovated playroom / basement divided into two sections. The tenant will have access to the whole house kitchen, two bathrooms , living room, yard and lake. No smoking or large pets please. Feel free to arrange the living space with your own furniture however you may use what is already there. $1200 per month with payment due the first of the month all utilities included. This is a month to month lease.
