Geothermal HVAC is Water Furnace dual system, to allow not just water-to-air but, using the same model already in place, water-to-water for future floor radiant heating in basement if and when the next owner chooses to finish the basement. Fireplace is propane. (House has 1,000 gallon underground propane tank, already connected and filled.) Interior wiring and switching for emergency backup generator is already installed. The generator itself is already on site, and just needs a concrete pad to be placed on in order to complete installation.
