The beach pool is conveniently located on the backside of Gulf Highlands Cajun Chicks restaurant. Cajun Chicks hosts several get togethers throughout the year so it is easy to meet your neighbors. GH has a putt-putt golf course that is fun, a small gym for your workouts and many shuffleboard courts. The adjacent shopping center has a variety of restaurants, bowling, arcade, axe throwing, breakout room, spa, and an ice cream shop. GHBR is across the street to one of the most beautiful beaches and so much more! No pets. No smoking inside. Renter is responsible for utilities. Must abide by Gulf Highland Beach Resort rules. $2500 a month is for a 12 month lease. Shorter lease agreement the price can be negotiated. Tenant is responsible to keep the property clean and maintained. Tenant will be responsible to pay for any damage to the property.
