The apt will be ready to move in on July 1st. It is a minute walk from the C train station (Shepard Avenue) Nearby religious institutions, schools, other transportation, and other groceries are all within close proximity by walk, car, or MTA. The apt is on the first floor, two bedrooms each w its own closet, a full bathroom, a large open space dining kitchen concept, an additional closet next to the kitchen, ample hallway space, a separate living room, and access to the backyard. Utilities are not included in the rent. Owners pay for water. Tenants must pay for gas and electricity. One year lease is to be signed. If at any point during the duration of the lease or after a lease is complete and there is no intention to renew, the tenant MUST INFORM THE OWNERS 2 MONTHS prior. Failure to do so will result in not returning of the security deposit. If the owner for any reason needs the apartment cleared before the ending of the lease or does not intend to renew the lease, the tenants will also be notified at least two months prior. At the lease signing, the first month's rent along with security deposit will be paid. Each month, the rent must be paid within the 5th of the month.
