Very cute home built in 2021, fully furnished. I I loved living here and I am hoping to rent it to someone who will also love it and take great care of it while I'm not living in it. It has a huge backyard and deck with no houses behind so you have an amazing view. Its magical! The rooms are spacious, there's an open floor plan, large kitchen, central cooling and heat. The master has a walk in closet, dual sinks, and its own bathroom that includes a shower with a natural slate stone tile wall and stone pebble floor. The other full bathroom has a shower tub combo but is just a cute as the other bathroom. Pet friendly!! I really want someone who will take good care of the house while I'm not living in it, let me know if things go wrong and be respectful not do things like paint the walls without asking or put up what they think is going to be "renter friendly wallpaper" or things like that, keep it relatively clean, etc. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and I really love this house. The place is available September 1st. Month to month lease, includes water, garbage and recycling. No smoking in the house whatsoever. Not even greens. Just go outside. Includes a fully furnished home. I love animals and I know it stinks that most places don't allow pets, so I allow pets here, but you have to disclose any and all animals that you have at the time of the move in and we can negotiate it. No more than 2 people per bedroom. There is opportunity to lower the rent the better care you take of the place. Again, I love this home and I really want someone to take the best care of it in my absence.
