The entire Kitchen was updated in 2007 and 3 of the bathrooms were renovated in 2008 from ceiling to floors and all in between. The family room renovation include the ceiling, walls, and floor. Crown molding & wood flooring was added through the living room, and dining room area in 2009. All of the interior & exterior doors & knobs was replaced.The last of the 4 bathrooms was completely renovated in 2010. Most of the ceiling have been textured, and light switches and outlets have been replaced. An some windows have been replaced with hurricane Impact windows. Also, there is a pool in the backyard and a storage shed in the white fenced backyard to store lawn equipment. The roof was replaced Feb. 2019.
