Allow me to introduce myself. I am 1644 Hewins Street. I live in a quiet neighborhood near farms and a few other neighbors, though I am only 5 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. I have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In house years, I am quite young and that means I am strong and flexible. I am cozy and efficient, but I can easily be adapted to fit your desires. I have new windows, doors, siding, and roof to protect my family from the elements. I come with a washer and dryer, refrigerator and a nice stove! My basement is warm and dry, ready to become a spacious playroom for children, an entertainment den, or a game room for adults. Downstairs suite includes a large bedroom and bathroom with privacy from the rest of the home. I have a full level acre of lawn, complete with lilac bushes, rose of sharon, and blackberries. I get plenty of sun from morning till night, and I have ample sunny, fertile space for gardening! I am move-in ready, and although I’ll miss my current owners I am excited to welcome a new one!
