There is a garage which can be used as a shed and isn't really big enough to park a car in. The house has central heat and window units for AC, and there is an attic fan. The house has a full concreted basement also, but is only good for some storage and not a living area. There is a separate laundry room on the back with lots of storage. The kitchen has a new countertop, sink and faucet and fresh paint. Pantry for food storage. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Bedrooms are small 9'4" x 11'6" and living room is large 13x19. Gas stove and new fridge included. House is on a very quiet street. Close to downtown. Small pets only. Pet deposit is $200. Tenant must be able to get utilities in their name.
