Park must approve you. You must make 3 times more than the space rent and have a responsible history. They run background and credit checks. And you must have a license to operate a vehicle in the park. Great neighbors. Close to all transit/ shopping. Literally a bus stop a couple feet away! And a max stop about a block away ! If it sounds like a fit, then message me for a viewing but if you do not fit the criteria, then don't. The home is small and is good for a couple or a single person. :) Fridge and stove also included. Dishwasher doesn't work. But easy fix for someone who needs it. Park only allows one car in the drive way so if you have two or more then one will have to park by the fence which is practically in the park so it's close, considering there is only like 15 homes here. We've been here over 2 years and a half and haven't had any issues with parking space rent includes water, sewer, and garbage every week on Wednesdays.
