Our cottage has central heat/air, hardwood floors, off street parking, dishwasher, microwave, stove, laundry room. 1 year lease. $3785 + deposit $3785 What's included: gardener, water/sewage/ATT fiber optics internet. Linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc. What's not included: electricity/gas and you upload your own apps for movies, etc. We're dog lovers but the garden is special and we don't want to risk holes dug, urine on sod or plants.
