At owner's discretion, applicants with credit histories that do not qualify under these minimum requirements may have the option of applying with a co-signer who meets the following criteria: minimum annual income of $125,000 and minimum credit score of 760. Background screening is required for each resident 18+ years of age. Rental application fee of $42 is required for each applicant (along with any co-signers).
