There are no appliances and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Parking is provided in the driveway. No pets are allowed. Renter will split water, PG&E, and garbage bills with owner. First month's rent and security deposit are due when moving in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a two-day grace period allowed. Rent paid after the second day in the month accrues an additional $20 each day. Smoking is not permitted, and no pets are allowed. A parking space is reserved in front. Renter must be a quiet individual, and clean. Garbage containing food items must be taken out to the outdoors' cans immediately, as a rodent infestation will not be tolerated.
