I need a female housemate who will take over my bed room (private and furnished) in my apartment (2Br apartment). You will have a female housemate. Kitchen, bath room and living room are shared with her. The rent is $800/month and utilities are about $50/month. The location is 15-min walk-away from the campus. I can give my furniture for free (bed, desk etc). The rent is $800/month from March 2020 to May 2020. After that, you can renew the release but the rent is going to be $1200/month(1-year lease).
