This Beach House has absolutely the best sunsets in the world! With multiple decks & stairs that take you straight to the ocean! Unforgettable views at any time of day. The house has been freshly painted. There is an outside shower a hot tub kayak and two paddle boards. The kitchen has a microwave and Keurig along with all the other common kitchen appliances. The house comes completely furnished with a washer and dryer and kitchen utensils. This is a 2 bedroom Beach cottage has a sitting room at the front of the house and a larger family room on the back of the house. The cottage comes equipped with a small shed to store landscaping equipment. You are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the lawn. The house is available for rent January 1 through May 1 for 1700 May 1 to September 1. You're welcome to re-sign a lease for 2200 for the remainder of the summer or go month-to-month. No smoking permitted inside the house you're welcome to smoke outside. Please be mindful of litter and cigarette butts. Anything you drop could end up in the water. You're responsible for driving your own trash to the municipal trash collection center. You are also responsible for all utilities . We will except small dogs with a non refundable 500$ pet deposit. You're also responsible for the maintenance of the lawn in the front and back. There's very little in the back is mostly sand and pavers. Because this is a vacation home this would be considered a winter rental from January 1 to May 1 for 1700 a month you're welcome to renew your lease or rent month to month from May 1 till September 1 for 2200. If you were looking for a shorter stage during the winter as long as it is at least two months, we would consider doing a two month rental. There is a $500 pet deposit. We do accept small dogs. (we also need to see a picture of the dog.) NO SMOKING
