Built in 1900, the Niagara Explorer House is a 2-story, single-family home located in the Bridge District of Niagara Falls. It is 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. This is a quaint and quirky older home that has original molding, tall ceilings, and beautiful built-ins. Three bedrooms include one queen master bedroom with balcony, one full-size bunk bed bedroom (sleeps 2), and one full size regular bedroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, 2 per room. A fully remodeled full size bathroom with tub/shower is on the 2nd floor and a half bath (toilet closet) is on the first floor. Full kitchen includes pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Living room has a smart TV and seating for 6. Dining room has seating for 6. Backyard has outdoor seating for 6 and a charcoal grill. Basement has a washing machine and dryer for your use. Easy entry with keyless deadbolt on the front door. Fenced backyard is yours to BBQ and relax in. From the backyard, watch the variety of birds soaring over the Niagara Gorge and amazing nightly sunsets. NOTE: This is an old home with stairs going into the house and a staircase going to the bedroooms and basement. It is not suited for young children or people with mobility limitations. The fenced backyard backs up to Niagara Gorge and the new Greenway Trail System that leads to Niagara Falls State Park, the Aquarium, Whirlpool State Park, Devil's Hole State Park, DeVeaux Woods, and Niagara University! The house is available for 30-day rental starting June 1, 2022. All pricing is in US Dollars. You can pay month-to-month, but the first month rent is a security deposit. All renters are required to fill out an application and complete a signed lease for 30-day rentals.
