NOW ACCEPTING SEALED BID OFFERS: The City of Mount Vernon is considering whether to declare surplus certain real property zoned urban reserve residential, located at 16331 Dike Rd, Mount Vernon, WA (County Parcel P29210); and 16319 Dike Rd, Mount Vernon, WA (County Parcel P28914). The properties may be viewed on Saturday September 24, 2016 between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. The properties will be sold separately in AS-IS condition. The deed of conveyance will contain a restriction to allow continued use of the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
