Newly constructed, fully furnished Hawthorne apartment. The apartment has an open floor plan, is cozy and welcoming. Just steps to Hawthorne Blvd. and the Bagdad Theater but just far enough from Hawthorne to have a great, quiet neighborhood vibe. We use the space below the unit for our own purposes so we share the cost of utilities with you - while it is not our living space and we only use it from time to time we fully split the cost in the effort to give you the better end of the deal. We have a non-refundable cleaning deposit to have the space professionally cleaned after each tenant - $150. If you have a pet we also have a non-refundable pet deposit.
