Private and spacious efficiency in shared townhouse - 10 minute walk on the bike path to Pearl St., ~15 minute walk to CU, tucked right up next to the Flatirons - Eben G. Fine Park and Boulder Creek are down the block. Great hiking trails right out the back door. With this efficiency, you get comfort, privacy, and one of the best locations in Boulder. The layout of this townhouse allows for a lot of privacy since the two living spaces are nicely divided. I live upstairs, and am renting the downstairs. A clean, quiet, young professional or graduate student would be ideal in this nice townhouse - the downstairs area includes a bedroom, an office/den, a kitchenette, and a full private bath. There is no shortage of storage space as well, with each room having its own large closet, and an extra closet in the hall. Your bedroom is pretty big, with a built-in bookcase, as well as a nice, large wooden dresser, and huge closet. The office/den area offers a lot of flexibility on how you decide to set it up. Every room is nicely carpeted. The kitchenette room features brand new appliances - That means you will have sizable refrigerator space, a toaster oven, and a microwave all for your private use. If you require a full stove or a bit more refrigerator space occasionally, mine are available just up the stairs. We have beautiful view from our back deck. Additionally, I have a garage space that is pretty full, but may be able to accommodate a bike - and there is also a bike rack in the parking area. There is plenty of street parking nearby, however if you would be interested, there is a parking space available for rent from the homeowners association for $33/mo. The rent is $1,175.
