It is close to shopping and I-675. Refrigerator and stove are present and washer/dryer hook ups are located in the kitchen. It has central heat and AC. The backyard is large and completely fenced. Awnings are on both the front and back porches. We are looking for another long term tenant and nothing under a 1 year lease. Pets are allowed depending on the breed and no more than 2. You must meet the following requirements to rent this house: - A completed Zillow application from all adults - A minimum of 3x the income per month as rent (net income preferred) - Proof of income - Good References from current and/or former landlord - No evictions or housing records in the past 7 years Please beware of Scammers! This property is only listed on Zillow, Trulia, and Hot Pads. It is Not listed on craigslist. - Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash). - Tenant is responsible for all yard maintenance ( mowing grass, trimming bushes, fixing any damage to yard due to tenant or tenant's guests' actions, etc). - There is a NONREFUNDABLE $200 pet deposit per pet at signing and an additional $50 per pet added to the monthly rent. (NO aggressive breeds and a maximum of 2 pets) - Non-smokers only - Minimum 1 year lease required - We use Zillow's application process that gives a credit report and criminal background check.
