PRICE: $2000/month + refundable security deposit ($2000) + utilities. Garbage, recycling, and compost are included in the monthly rent price. Utilities are NOT included. Gas, electricity, and internet/cable will be billed directly to you through your own account. Water and sewer are submetered and will be billed by landlord based on your usage. LEASE TERMS: Ideally a 1 year lease, but we will consider other long-term (6+ month) leases on a case by case basis. 700+ min credit score Income 3x rent minimum.
