This is a Very nice home in a beautiful setting. Owner occupied the home for over 20 years and build much of it by hand. We are looking for responsible tenets that take pride in where they live and will treat the house kindly. Owner does routine maintenance each summer to keep the home a nice place to live. Strictly no Vaping or Smoking inside. Dogs must well behaved and not damaged the home. This is a mountain property and will see snow all winter long. Shoveling walkways and snow removal from driveway is the tenants responsibility and will be frequent. Please consider the physical demands of removing snow when considering this Home. We strongly recommend an all wheel drive vehicle and some sort of snow removal assistance like as snow blower or 4 wheeler with plow when living up here. At a minimum front wheel drive with good snow tires and setup a local contractor to have driveway plowed for you in heavy snows when shoveling by hand is not optimal is suggested. This is a great home with a very warm and comfortable feeling in a beautiful setting. We've had several tenants over the years that all found it to be a very peaceful place to live. Rent is $2975 a month and security deposit is $2975. $300 of that is non refundable and used for cleaning fee at move out. Dog deposit is $300. Dog poop must be regularly picked upped. Utilities ( Gas and Electric ) are to be in main house Tenent's name. ADU Tenent will pay 25% of utilities each month. ( ADU does not use 25% so this a benefit to main house Tenent) ADU is very private and separate from the house. ADU Tenent helps with house maintenance, Snow removal and repair's when needed which is a benefit to main house tenent. Rear driveway has large covered lean to for firewood storage. Some gym equipment is provide but not guaranteed. Gym equipment may be repaired or removed at landlords discretion. Trash can be taken to local transfer station or local pickup is available. All trash is tenent responsibility. WiFi is landlord provided at no cost to Tenent.
