    This property was built in 1965 on solid foundation. The exterior is brick and it is mostly on a slab with the breakfast nook and W/D room on a small crawl space. The upstairs has mostly been remodeled. The kitchen is custom with solid oak cabinets. Appliances are from 2008. The lower level is a walkout basement. The downstairs is ready to accommodate either the family or used as "In-Law" quarters or rented with a separate entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a fully functional fireplace in the Family/living room downstairs. The house sits on 10 acres with several old growth trees and a spring fed pond, all fully fenced (yard and pasture). There is a horse barn (built in 2006) with 5 stalls, hay-stall, wash stall and tack/feed room. There is also an old cattle barn that was used to store hay. Because the house is shaded by the large trees, well insulated and custom vinyl windows with double low-E glass (2007) so it holds the desired temperature very well. Heating and cooling costs for this house are, for the total square footage (3061), very low. In 2006 this house was removed from well water and attached to city water. The well is still active and connected to the barn. The septic system was fully replaced in 2007 along with so many other improvements over time, including wiring the upstairs for cable TV and internet.
