This one-bedroom apartment is part of the main house at 1631 W 3rd Ave and it's a cozy space where the bedroom area is separated by french doors. W/S/T is included in rent, but the tenant will pay gas and electricity. No students, pets, or smokers. No W/D. Gas heat. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant.
