Laundry room with free washer and dryer. The house is furnished with beds and desks in each room, and with bedding and towels. The upstairs rooms are sunny. The gourmet kitchen has a six-burner restaurant range, a new microwave, a large refrigerator, and a coffee area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. There are storage areas, including closets and shelves. Anyone with a green thumb is welcome to start a tomato patch! The owners occasionally live part-time (low residency) in a separate, detached house. Flexible lease with the option to renew. In the photos, the four bedrooms are called Ginsberg Bedroom, Treehouse Studio, Cyclotron Bedroom, and Garden Getaway. Each bedroom has access to a private, full bathroom. Garden Getaway has an en suite bathroom. Cyclotron Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with Victorian bathtub.
