Hello, I am looking to sublet/lease out my apartment, this means you would take over the lease completely. I am looking to move closer to my job, but the apartment is great! The pictures speak for themselves, but I'll list some perks. The security deposit is already paid, and the new tenant will take this over, meaning you would receive the deposit at the end of the lease. Also, any first/last fees are not included as you will be taking over a current lease. In terms of the actual apartment: exposed brick walls, full kitchen, large living area, a lot of cabinet and closet space, and full bathroom. Please reach out via e-mail with any questions.
