I am subletting my studio apartment because I am moving to another state. I would like to sublet it on May 11th, and the lease runs until October 3rd, 2013- after which you can renew if you want. **I cannot rent it to you for specific months. To sublet, you will be taking over my lease until the 3rd of October. You could sublet it before then if you wish.This studio is great for a single or a really close couple, it has:*full oven + stove top*full size fridge + freezer*garbage disposal*balcony that will be great for the summer*good-sized bathroom*nice-sized closet*trash, water, and sewer are covered in the rent**there is always *hot* waterThe apartment complex (Jefferson Hills) has a pool available for the summer, tennis courts, a weight room/club house with a pool table, TV's and gaming systems, a dog park, and playground for kids. I do not have a dog or a cat, so the apartment is hair-free. The laundry room is down the hall (you pay with a card, which I will leave with you.) I have never had a problem finding a parking space (spaces under the building can be added on for a little extra), and snow removal is prompt. Getting onto the turnpike is quick, and there is a ton of shopping (the Natick Mall) and nice restaurants close by.I feel safe living here, and the neighbors are quiet. This apartment is on the end and on the second floor, so it is easy to access. I will have to sell my furniture, so if you want some of it we can work something out. I use Comcast for my internet, and have papers to switch accounts over so you don't have to set it up. It is fast and I have never had a problem.
