Not a fan of soaring housing cost in Bend and barriers to entry, been there, keeping the price semi affordable and for tenant(s) that understand this a condo complex with neighbors, looking for renters that are respectful of this and understand the lower pricing, paid utilities and less barriers to move in are in trade off for respectful tenants. The condo is very nice inside and spacious, I'm not a big fan of the neighborhood, but it's Bend so it's not that bad. Not in a rush to rent, looking for the right renters.
