Close to Old Town, Henderson Center, Sequoia park, hospital, medical offices, restaurants and cafes. Easy access to Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt, and College of the Redwoods. Month to month, with 30 days notice. 1.5 times rent deposit ($2475). Can be broken into two payments if need be. Renter's insurance required which protects both of us in case of unfortunate events. Renter pays utilities (house is well insulated). No smoking. Basically, I want to rent to someone who will enjoy this lovely house and take good care of it. If you have a cat or two, the tiled mud room by the back door with the cat flap is a good place for a large litter box or two. :)
