This seasonal rental is available December 2025 - April 2026 for a minimum of one month lease. A fantastic location 2-miles from the beach and 5th Avenue shopping district. Walking distance to nearby shopping plaza. This is a nicely furnished 2 bed/2 bath, with washer and dryer, a 32-inch tv in the living room, a lanai with golf course views (but our association does not participate with golf.) The unit is a decent size. The HOA requires an application ($150 fee). There is a community pool. Cable, wifi and utilities are included. There is a covered carport + 1 extra space. A locked owner's closet is kept off the guest bedroom. Rent is $$4000 for one month. Discount offered for 3+ month rental A $225 cleaning fee and a $1,000 refundable deposit are required. (Pet deposit of $250 is required if a pet is in the rental.) Minimum lease is one month as per HOA. Applicants must complete an application as per HOA ($150 fee). A cleaning fee of $225 is required. A refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. A locked owners closet is kept off the guest bedroom. No smoking in unit or on the lanai. Check in 3 pm. Check out 11 am. Any damage to unit, fixtures, furniture, etc, will be deducted from the deposit. One dog allowed (up to 25 pounds). Additional deposit of $250 is required.
