The owners live on site and share the property, but reside in their own home. This home had all siding and windows replaced in the last year. Snow plowing and all landscaping maintenance will not be provided. Home runs on wood heat, but you also have the option to run off the propane heater as well, both at your own expense. Available June 1st through October, with potential to continue lease if desired. Renter is responsible for their own firewood and any propane used during their stay. Electricity is split between number of occupants on the property, including the owners. Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable deposit of $100 per animal. First months rent required as well as a $1000 refundable security deposit if the property has no major damage.
