Three bedrooms plus a loft decorated with rare finds from antique stores, updated stone tile bathroom with built-in bench and double showers, a kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, central heat and AC, washer and dryer, chicken coop and all that you need including linens and towels, among other amenities. Go horseback riding on a near farm, swim in endless natural springs or explore the best antique stores in nearby Micanopy, Macintosh or Ocala. 7 minutes away from markets, including a country store & convenient Dollar General. Only 15-minutes from the quaint town of Williston. 6 1/2 miles from I-75, Wendy's, Jim's Pit BBQ, Iron Skillet and Petro travel center w/mini grocery mart. Utilities (electric, propane gas, Internet, Netflix, Smart TV, septic and water) and general services (pest control and landscaping) are provided at an additional fee. 24/7 emergency maintenance and general assistance are included by an onsite property manager in a separate facility away from the log cabin. Pets and domesticated animals up to 150 lbs. are allowed (requires proof of shots and a $500 deposit added to the Security Deposit that is refundable if no pet damage occurs). IMPORTANT TERMS - Min. 1-week and max. 1-year lease rentals. Longer lease exceptions available by written approval only. - Leases are automatically renewable. - Weekly rentals are $1,388/ week + $1400 refundable security deposit - All rentals require a $350 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee not included in the security deposit GROUNDSKEEPING FEE / OPTIONAL FOR DIY GUESTS The log cabin is a farm on a 3-acre parcel that requires routine care. The groundskeeping and routine maintenance (GRM) fee is $325/ week but is optional for guests who wish to DIY ("Do-It-Yourself"). DIY guests requires an extra $1,300 refundable security deposit to insure groundskeeping and maintenance are completed (including mowing and landscaping equipment rental and damage beyond normal wear and tear) and covers gasoline tank refills if not left full. Routine GRM includes minor appliance and household repairs & maintenance, pest control, lawn mowing, landscaping, tending the chicken coop and garbage removal and disposal at the Orange Lake Recycling Center (9.9 miles, 17 mins. away). This is a log cabin adventure! OPTIONAL FEE DETAILS 1. Minor repairs and maintenance service calls 2. Zero turn lawnmower & weed whacker maintenance & rental w/first tank of gas included 3. Monthly lawn mowing service & trimming 4. Bi-monthly garbage and yard trash removal service (up to one pickup truck cargo bay load) 5. Weekly chicken coop feeding & watering - tenant is responsible for daily coop tending and evening gathering if they wish chickens to be free roaming during the day 6. BBQ propane 7.
