Fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 3-car garage. 2 miles south of Lolo on a hillside. Very large garden space (deer fencing around it). A shorter term rental is possible. Dogs have lived here, so fenced-in, large backyard and heated outdoor dog house. Kids' swings and wooden play house in backyard 3 car garage. Will need a driver's license and proof of car insurance for all vehicles you drive. $1,000 deposit and first months rent before moving in. The lease agreement can be anywhere from 8-12 months, depending on renter's needs. Utilities include electric, garbage, and propane (about $200-300/month total), plus internet $60/month if wanted.
