Will need a driver's license and proof of car insurance for all vehicles you drive. $1,000 deposit and first months rent before moving in. The lease agreement can be anywhere from 8-12 months, depending on renter's needs. Utilities include electric, garbage, and propane (about $200-300/month total), plus internet $60/month if wanted.
